This venue is wonderful, fairly clean, with really kind and extremely great staff, especially the receptionists, and an amazing location with an enjoyable breakfast for most tastes.

The rooms are well-organized and come with convenient amenities like storage space, an iron, and a kettle, while the location is central with easy access to a market and different shops.

Absolutely superb staff at assisting. Good views of city and great breakfasts for most tastes.- Marvellous and tidy rooms with functional bathrooms.- A marvellous and fab location very close to a circus and eateries. 

This place is quite clean and pleasant, offering a wonderful breakfast with a lot of options, an upgraded and quiet room with lockers, a double bed for £149.

The location is wonderful, close to shopping, theaters, beautiful parks, and Piccadilly Circus, making it a convenient spot for exploring the city.

The staff at the hotel were fabulous and super fast at service. The room I got was beautiful and appropriate. The location is fab, close to various attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. 

I had a marvellous and appropriate room. Everything was wonderful.- There was free Wi-Fi in public areas.- The service in general was exceptional.- It was in a marvellous location just off a shopping centre as well as bus station of Sheperds Bush. 

The staff here are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and well-equipped with amenities like heaters and showers as advertised.

The rooms are neat and airy, with coffee, an iron, and a kettle. The location is marvelous near to the Westfield shopping center.- It's a short walk to public transport and main business areas near Kensington and Victoria station. 

Impressive clean property, it has fabulous and absolutely super staff at the service. The breakfast has excellent options with coffee or tea and previous and lovely vegan food.

Their breakfast is too costly, can be far better.

Our suite came equipped with handy amenities like an iron, hair dryer, and kettle. The hotel's spot is amazing, just a stone's throw away from the Shepherds Bush tube station, a shopping mall, and lovely communal 

Clean room, good location near Westfields and transportation. Friendly staff, pleasant wait in executive room. Enjoyed breakfast.

Spacious and comfy suite as soon as we arrived. The breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic and had something for everyone. 🍳
